Key Responsibilities
Supply Growth: Build, manage, and scale the service partner network to meet business demand.
Partner Management: Build strong relationships with service partners and drive their engagement and performance.
Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges and implement quick, effective solutions on the ground.
City Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of your territory and drive key business metrics.
Data-Driven Execution: Track city-level performance, identify gaps, and take actions to improve growth and service quality.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to execute city-level initiatives and achieve business goals.
