As a Staff Software Engineer, you will design and build highly scalable, mission-critical financial systems for the Japanese market. You will work closely with global engineering teams while also acting as a bridge between the Japan business and technical teams overseas. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence architecture, technical direction, and the company's expansion in Japan.
Requirements:
Business fluency in Japanese and English
Strong experience designing and developing complex financial systems
Experience with a statically typed language such as Go, Rust, Java, Kotlin, C#, Scala, or C++
Strong understanding of financial APIs, market data, and trade settlement
