At Intuitive Mindset Limited, our focus is bringing personal development and leadership programs and events to a wider audience, helping people explore new ideas, develop their thinking and create positive change.
We're looking for experienced professionals who bring confidence, sound judgement and a natural ability to communicate, build relationships and work effectively with people.
The role
You'll use your experience with people and your ability to influence, communicate and build trust to create interest, develop relationships and have meaningful one-to-one conversations with people who want to learn more about what we do.
Digital marketing forms part of the role, with systems and resources provided to help you generate and respond to interest.
You'll also participate in ongoing training across leadership, mindset, communication, marketing and personal development - developing your own capabilities alongside the work you do.
Who this could suit
We're interested in people who have built substantial experience through their career or business life and know how to take ownership of what they do.
You may have spent years working with people, developing business, leading others, building client relationships or making decisions where judgement and initiative mattered.
We're less concerned with your previous job title than with what you bring from that experience - confidence with people, strong communication, good judgement and the ability to turn conversations into action.
An interest in leadership, mindset and personal development will be important, as will being comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
