We're looking for confident, motivated people who enjoy connecting with others, have strong people-development skills and are comfortable taking initiative in how they work.
The role
You'll bring together your people-development and communication skills with contemporary digital marketing approaches to generate and respond to interest.
You'll connect with people who want to learn more about what we do, have genuine one-to-one conversations and explore whether there could be a good fit.
Alongside this, you'll take part in ongoing training across mindset, leadership, communication, marketing and personal development - building your own knowledge and capability as you progress.
Who we're looking for
You'll bring substantial professional or business experience, but we're less concerned with the title you've held than with the person you've become through that experience.
You may have led people, worked with clients, developed relationships, influenced decisions or operated in an environment where communication, initiative and sound judgement mattered.
You'll be comfortable organizing your own activity, taking responsibility for follow-through and working without close day-to-day supervision.
Most importantly, you'll have a genuine interest in mindset, leadership and personal development and be open to continuing to develop yourself as well as working with others.
