Inside Sales Representative

RexMont Real Estate is Seattle and Bellevue's most-reviewed brokerage, with over 1,200 five-star Google reviews. We are hiring two remote Inside Sales Representatives in El Salvador to convert and keep the clients our AI calling system books appointments with.
YOU ARE NOT AN APPOINTMENT SETTER. The appointments already exist. Your job is to make sure they happen, turn into signed clients, and that the people who are not ready yet still pick up the phone a year from now.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Call every booked client the day before and the morning of, so the appointment actually happens
- When someone does not show, call them within the hour and put it back on the calendar
- Debrief every appointment within 24 hours, with the agent and with the client, and drive the next step
- Own a named book of clients and keep it warm for as long as it takes: market updates, check-ins, life changes
- Log everything in Follow Up Boss the same day
REQUIREMENTS
Near-native spoken English. A US homeowner on a cell phone should never have to ask you to repeat yourself. This is the first thing we screen and there is no way around it.
- 2+ years on the phone with US customers: outbound sales, collections, retention desk, mortgage, insurance or real estate
- Written English strong enough to send a client message without anyone checking it
- A record of staying: 18+ month average tenure in past roles
- Available either 8am-5pm or 12pm-9pm El Salvador time, Monday to Friday
- Own computer, headset, quiet room, and a backup internet connection
PAY
Base $1,100-$1,800 USD/month based on experience, paid via Deel
- $40 for every appointment that is held
- $250 for every client who signs with us
- $600 for every transaction that closes
- $300 quarterly bonus for keeping your book warm, paid on the book and not on deals
- $450 quarterly retention bonus
- ON-TARGET EARNINGS $3,600-$4,600 USD/month
- Written 6-month raise path, 10 paid days off plus Salvadoran public holidays, $300 equipment budget and $50/month toward internet
