Role Description The Vice President of Global Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the institution’s operational activities across regions. This role includes leading global operations strategy, aligning processes with institutional goals, and driving operational excellence. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing cross-functional teams, coordinating supply chain and resource allocation, monitoring performance metrics, and leading improvement initiatives. The Vice President will collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning, supervise key projects, ensure compliance with institutional policies, and maintain efficient, scalable operations that support academic and administrative objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management and Operational Excellence skills to oversee and improve global processes.
Experience in Supply Chain Management, including resource planning and logistics coordination.
Proficiency in Strategic Planning to align operations with long-term institutional objectives.
Demonstrated Project Management skills to lead complex, multi-regional initiatives.
Proven leadership experience in a senior operations role, preferably within education or related sectors.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with global, cross-functional teams.
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in remote team management and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
