Ability to be a self-starter and take the initiative to develop and deliver on projects
Ability to work across all levels of an organization to drive decisions, resolve issues and mitigate risks
Strong communication skills
Analytical skill and working knowledge of project management tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Smartsheet

Job Duties
Provide project management support for multiple projects related to hospital and healthcare provider data collection and reporting and related compliance and customer service efforts
Develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plans, ideally using Smartsheet
Develop and manage issues and risk log
Coordination and communication with other projects to ensure dependencies are managed effectively
Provide project updates to leadership/stakeholders in both written and verbal format
Manage project communications to project team, leadership/stakeholders, etc
Coordinate and facilitate meetings as needed
Coordinate with outside contractors around meetings and deliverables
Assist with stakeholder engagement activities, including documentation
Work with technology and data teams as needed
