You'll have the backing of a team and a training program built to bring you up to speed no matter your background. No previous experience required.

You're not filling a seat — you're building a book of clients that's yours, with room to grow into mentoring and building a team of your own. And it flexes to fit your life, whether you want it as your main income, a few hours a week, or something on the side.
The skills transfer from a lot of backgrounds — sales, customer service, account management, business development, real estate, mortgage, banking, call center, hospitality, or B2B/B2C. If you've built relationships with customers and enjoyed it, you're already partway there.
Your week looks like:
Following up with people who recently submitted inquiries
Having needs-based conversations by phone or Zoom
Helping families compare options and find what fits
Joining team calls for training and ongoing product education

A few practical notes: You'll need legal authorization to work in the U.S. A state insurance license is helpful but not required to apply — we'll help you get licensed if you don't have one yet. This is a commission-based position.
