Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Rajendra Place. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to build brand visibility and engagement for IndusTreeBiz and its clients. The role includes managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with consulting and marketing teams to align content with brand strategy, campaigns, and business objectives, while responding to audience interactions and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also involves staying current with platform trends, tools, and best practices, and contributing ideas for growth-focused digital initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, including campaign planning and platform management.
Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned social media content.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage professionally with online communities.
Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
Relevant skills such as basic graphic design or video editing, knowledge of growth marketing concepts, and understanding of B2B and consulting domains are beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, along with prior experience managing social media for brands or agencies, is preferred.
