该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位职责】： 1.负责海外代理商的培训赋能工作，包括产品安装部署、故障判断、产品维修、产品功能使用、新版本发布信息同步及培训等，持续提升代理商技术能力； 2.负责为海外代理商提供远程技术支持，协助代理商快速解决客户问题；跟进推动质量及客诉问题闭环，持续提升产品质量及代理商服务满意度。 3. 协同销售/代理进行售前POC，提供现场技术支持和产品演示；
协助海外代理商搭建本地售后服务体系，结合代理商业务现状及规划，协助代理商规划服务团队人员配置、服务网点建设、服务流程梳理，制定当地服务策略，提升代理商服务效率、服务质量，降低服务成本； 5.为公司新产品的推广、公司展会提供现场技术支持； 6.协助销售与客户进行技术交流。 【任职要求】： 1.海外本科理工科专业或国内理工科本科+海外硕士； 2.英语或其他小语种能力（如德语、西班牙语等），要求能作为工作语言，听说读写无障碍； 3.可接受海外出差。
