该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、技术支持：负责产品海外市场的技术支持，为客户提供产品技术咨询，协助客户完成产品安装、调试； 2、故障排查：处理客户在产品使用中遇到的问题，分析故障原因并提供解决方案，必要时到现场支持； 3、资料开发：负责产品海外售后资料开发（包含设备安装、定期维护/保养手册、维修手册等）； 4、产品培训：为客户服务团队进行产品技术培训及考核（包含设备安装、定期维护/保养、常见故障维修等）； 5、客户沟通：与客户保持密切沟通，了解其技术需求和痛点，将客户反馈传达给内部，跟进解决方案； 6、 完成上级交代的其他工作。 任职要求： 1、统招本科以上学历，英语可作为工作语言（海外留学或工作优先）； 2、3年以上医疗器械产品海外售后服务相关工作经验； 3、工作踏实进取，人品端正，沟通能力强，能适应经常出差； 4、较强分析能力、学习能力、承压力； 5、有责任心、对工作积极主动。
