Role Description The Business Associate role is a part-time position based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. In this role, the Business Associate supports sales and service teams by analyzing customer needs, preparing basic financial and business reports, and tracking key performance metrics. The individual assists with customer interactions, helping respond to queries, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and service experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, supporting branch or regional business initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a proactive approach to learning IndiaFirst Life’s products and processes to contribute effectively to business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and support decision-making.
Foundational knowledge of Finance and Business to understand insurance products and basic financial concepts.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
Customer Service orientation to handle queries, manage expectations, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with digital platforms and CRM systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing business priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) preferred.
Prior experience or internship in financial services, insurance, or banking is an advantage but not mandatory.
