Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Engineer role located in Ghaziabad. The Quality Assurance Engineer will design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to ensure that products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include performing manual testing, documenting test results, identifying defects, and collaborating with production, engineering, and design teams to resolve quality issues. The role also involves monitoring quality metrics, supporting root cause analysis, and recommending improvements to testing processes and quality assurance practices. The engineer will help maintain compliance with internal quality policies and relevant industry standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance skills with experience in establishing and maintaining quality standards and procedures.
Candidates should possess Software Testing and Manual Testing skills for validating functionality, performance, and reliability of systems and processes.
Candidates should possess Test Execution and Test Cases skills, including creating, executing, and documenting test scenarios and results.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in inspection and documentation.
Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes, quality tools (such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions), and relevant standards is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on the shop floor and in engineering.
Relevant technical degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality, or a related field, along with prior experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment, is preferred.
