Director of AV Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of AV Operations based in the United States.
This senior leadership role owns field operations across a rapidly growing Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and Electric Vehicle (EV) segment.
You will translate strategic priorities and customer commitments into consistent, high-performing operational execution.
The role oversees a large, geographically dispersed organization spanning regional leaders, fleet managers, service advisors, technicians, and other field teams.
You will drive performance across safety, quality, customer satisfaction, fleet availability, productivity, staffing, and financial results.
The position partners closely with recruiting, training, HR, finance, safety, procurement, and IT to remove operational barriers and scale effectively.
You will also lead launches, market expansions, fleet ramps, transitions, and the introduction of new vehicle platforms.
This is a highly visible, travel-intensive leadership opportunity within a fast-paced environment shaped by emerging mobility technologies.
