Pepper Media is looking for a Digital Content Associate to join our team in Bangalore.
This is an ideal opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to two years of experience who is interested in digital media, video, technology and social platforms.
What You’ll Do
Create and edit content for YouTube, Instagram, Shorts, Reels and other digital platforms
Work on video creation, editing, graphics and content packaging
Use new-generation creative and AI tools to improve content production
Assist with YouTube channel and social media content operations
Research content ideas, formats and digital trends
Understand what makes video content perform across different platforms
Experiment with new tools and workflows for video, images, audio and localisation
Work closely with our content, creative and account management teams
Track developments across YouTube, social video, OTT and the creator ecosystem
Who We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
A background in technology, engineering, multimedia, design, communications or digital media is preferred
Strong interest in video, digital content and social media
Basic video editing or design skills would be an advantage
Comfortable learning and experimenting with new technology and creative tools
Good written and spoken English
Curious, creative and willing to learn
