Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations in the production or warehouse area, monitoring workflow, and coordinating with supervisors and workers to meet output and quality targets. The Assistant Manager is expected to track inventory, prepare basic reports, support compliance with safety and operational procedures, and assist in implementing process improvements. This position also includes coordinating with vendors or internal departments, resolving operational issues, and supporting management in planning and scheduling. The role requires consistent on-site presence, hands-on involvement in daily activities, and clear communication with team members at different levels.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage daily operations, prioritize tasks, and meet production timelines.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing, mining, or metals industry processes, including exposure to industrial safety and quality standards.
Proficiency in using MS Office or similar tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with workers, supervisors, and management.
Ability to work on-site in an industrial environment in Raipur and manage teams in a structured, professional manner.
Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in manufacturing, logistics, or related sectors is an advantage.
