Role Description The Investor Relations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Theni. This role supports the Investor Relations team in managing communication with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include preparing and maintaining investor presentations, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and follow-up documentation. The role involves organizing meetings and events, coordinating executive calendars, and managing travel and expense reports related to investor activities. The Investor Relations Assistant also helps gather and analyze financial and market data, monitors investor queries, and collaborates with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
Qualifications
Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and documentation support
Experience with Expense Reports and related financial tracking or reimbursement processes
Knowledge of Investor Relations, including familiarity with investor communications, briefings, and reporting
Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, market trends, and stakeholder feedback
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with investors, executives, and cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, communications, or a related discipline
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data analysis tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate attention to detail, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
