Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Neemrana. The Production Manager will oversee daily plant operations, including planning production schedules, allocating resources, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow. The role involves monitoring output, optimizing processes, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Production Manager will track performance metrics, manage a production team, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with senior management on productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing production or plant operations in manufacturing, mining, or metals environments.
Strong skills in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
Knowledge of quality control processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate on-site teams, with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with basic maintenance coordination, inventory management, and reporting of production metrics.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, industrial management, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort working on-site in an industrial environment in Neemrana and managing shift-based operations if required.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma) is an advantage.
