Job Description – Jewellery Designer – Manual/CAD
Urgently looking for Jewellery designers with domain knowledge of design and production pertaining to Indian market- Jadau Jewelry. Adequate past experience of designing in jadau jewelry brands will be preferred.
Candidates Attributes –
• Communication Skills - Excellent written and spoken English language. Should be able to communicate fluently with management and clients over calls.
• Domain Knowledge - Competent and diligent candidate with domain knowledge of designing and production.
• Eye for detail - Should have an eye for detailed quality check on various parameters (design aesthetics/ quality/feasibility/economic viability) to conform as per Domestic market standards of the industry.
• Material Sourcing and Cost Analysis - Should be able to formulate costings on basis of production technique and device a suitable and most economical way of production. Identify and source cost-effective materials while maintaining quality.
• Industry Exposure – Should have clear understanding of trends and techniques prevalent in the industry. Active Liasoning within Industry would be a plus.
Key Roles -
• Responsible for making communication with our Design Director regarding new design concept, design development, and requirement of the brand. Offering concepts from existing design base for profit maximization.
• Establish and work towards strict quality check norms adhering to standards acceptable in domestic markets.
• Lead and liaison communication between production and customer, interpreting and modulating communication so as to maintain balance at both the ends.
• Should be able to adept to various market trends and deliver as per changing market trends.
• Data mining of potential accounts through company’s database. Acting and presenting report on performance of target accounts.
• Should be able to play an integral role in sourcing, procuring and negotiating of raw components from vendors of varied categories for product development.
• Collaborating with brands stores to ensure proper execution of inventory plans as per domestic markets seasons and trends.
• Providing sales and after sales support to sales team operational at company owned stores.

• Package – 7-12 LPA.
• Experience – 5-7 Years
• Analyzing sales figures - reporting growth, expansion, and change in market trends.
• Responsible for maintaining and presenting regularly weekly/bimonthly/monthly order/sales reports.
• Maintaining brands website and market places with latest updates and changes required.
