Monitor and carry out critical
process activities (e.g., temperature, pressure, flow rates) and respond to
deviations.

Adherence to Safety and Compliance
(Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Hazardous Waste Management, Safety
Protocols, Flammable and Toxic Gas Monitoring)
3.
Process Optimization (Yield and
Efficiency Optimization, Raw Material and FG Handling)
4.
Troubleshooting of equipment,
including identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
5.
Diagnosing and addressing
operational issues during start-up, shutdown, and normal operations.
6.
Identifying issues related to
equipment, processes, and quality deviations.
7.
Diagnosing equipment failures and
coordinating with maintenance teams.
8.
Performing pre-start inspections

Executing detailed start-up and
shutdown protocols for equipment and utilities.
10.
Coordinating emergencies and
planned shutdown activities.
