Role Description The TA – Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process for Bhanzu’s growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate data in recruitment systems. The intern will assist with job postings, employer branding initiatives, and communication with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers, preparing recruitment reports, and supporting campus outreach or hiring events as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Education and Working With Children experience or interest, enabling them to understand Bhanzu’s learning environment and roles related to teaching and content.
Candidates should possess Mathematics and Assistant Teaching exposure or understanding to align recruitment efforts with Bhanzu’s math-focused mission.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Candidates should possess proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, communication platforms, applicant tracking systems preferred).
Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Interest in EdTech, talent acquisition, and building teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization will be highly beneficial.
