Sr Executive – Brand Activation & Media

Role:
Assist in coordinating and monitoring Site Branding, OOH, DOOH, Radio, Cinema, Society/Community Activations and BTL campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the vendor teams for the execution updates on site branding
Coordinate with agencies for execution of creative changes of campaigns
Assist in OOH/DOOH media campaign tracking
Coordinate for Radio, Cinema and Society/Community campaign activations
Prepare campaign trackers, MIS reports
Maintain execution photographs/execution updates
Prepare regular PPTs for campaign reports
Ensure timely follow-ups and meeting timelines
Monitoring all OOH media approved for each campaign
Mandatory Skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, MIS & dashboards.
Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills – professional presentations, media plans & management decks.
Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
Ability to monitor multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Ideal Candidate: Proactive, highly organised, execution-oriented and capable of independently managing day-to-day coordination and monitoring of campaigns.
