Hiring - Software Development Engineer / Fullstack Software Engineer (Java+React)
Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore
Exp: 4+ Years
Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days a Week
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days
Excellent communication skills – MUST
We are looking for a strong Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Java, React, AWS, AI/GenAI, and Distributed Systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to build scalable applications, implement AI-driven development practices, troubleshoot production issues, and automate support processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop monitoring solutions and implement AI-driven development practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and implement fixes for internally developed applications using Java, React, and related technologies.
Design and implement distributed systems using AWS serverless technologies.
Implement and maintain GenAI-based solutions within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with development teams on enterprise software projects.
Automate support processes and maintain technical/system documentation.
Analyze complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver reliable solutions.
Mandatory Requirements
4+ years of relevant software development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline.
Strong proficiency in Java and React.
Demonstrated experience with AWS and AI-driven development practices.
Strong understanding of Distributed Systems Architecture.
Must have Designing experience HLD & LLD.
Hands-on experience implementing or working with GenAI-based solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
Good to Have
Experience with Microservices Architecture.
Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB.
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with application monitoring and observability tools.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern GenAI technologies.
