Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior AWS Developer specializing in Amazon Connect to design, develop, deploy and support enterprise contact-center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect implementation, AWS serverless services, APIs, event-driven integrations and production support. Experience integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy and support Amazon Connect solutions.
Build and maintain contact flows, IVR, queues, routing profiles and agent experiences.
Develop integrations between Amazon Connect, Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
Build serverless solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge and CloudWatch.
Develop backend services and APIs using Python, Node.js or other relevant programming languages.
Implement voice, chat, IVR, routing, recording and analytics capabilities.
Work with Amazon Connect APIs, SDKs, Streams API and Contact Control Panel (CCP).
Develop secure integrations using IAM, OAuth, certificates and secrets management.
Troubleshoot production issues across AWS, Amazon Connect, APIs and downstream systems.
Support monitoring, logging, alerting and operational activities for production contact-center services.
Participate in architecture/design discussions and code reviews.

Candidate Requirements
6+ years of professional software development experience with strong AWS experience.
Strong hands-on Amazon Connect production implementation experience.
Experience with AWS serverless technologies, particularly Lambda and API Gateway.
Strong programming experience in Python, Node.js, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
Experience with REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
Strong production troubleshooting and support experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Important: Candidates must have genuine production experience implementing Amazon Connect. POC/training-only experience will not be considered.
