Salesforce NPSP/NPC Functional Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce NPSP/NPC Functional Consultant with 10+ years of Salesforce experience and strong hands-on experience with NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) and NPC (Nonprofit Cloud).
Key Responsibilities
Gather and understand business requirements.
Lead functional discussions and discovery sessions.
Configure Salesforce NPSP/NPC based on business requirements.
Work on donor management, fundraising, campaigns, memberships, grants, and constituent management.
Create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams.
Support testing, UAT, implementation, and issue resolution.
Conduct client demos and provide functional guidance.
Recommend suitable Salesforce NPSP/NPC solutions and best practices.
Required Skills
10+ years of Salesforce experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce NPSP and/or NPC.
Experience with nonprofit Salesforce implementations.
Strong requirement-gathering and business analysis skills.
Good understanding of nonprofit processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Salesforce NPSP/NPC certification.
Experience with fundraising, donor management, grants, memberships, and volunteer management.
Experience with Salesforce data migration and integrations.
