Job Description
We are looking for an experienced NPO Functional Consultant with strong U.S. nonprofit experience. The candidate should understand nonprofit business processes and have excellent communication skills to work directly with U.S. clients.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and gather business requirements from U.S. nonprofit organization.
Analyze nonprofit processes and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
Work closely with technical, development, and QA teams.
Support testing, UAT, implementation, and client demonstrations.
Communicate directly with U.S. clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in the nonprofit/NPO domain.
Strong experience working with U.S.-based nonprofit organizations.
Good understanding of fundraising, donor management, grants, memberships, and nonprofit operations.
Strong business analysis and requirement-gathering skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with nonprofit CRM platforms such as Salesforce NPSP, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, or Blackbaud is a plus.
