We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This internship also offers a performance-based full-time opportunity.
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Role: HR Recruiter Intern
💰 Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday | 5 Days Working
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage interview schedules
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements
• Make 60–70 calls daily to shortlist and engage with potential candidates
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with internal teams to understand and support monthly hiring requirements
Requirements
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
• Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Comfortable making 60–70 calls daily
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals is a plus
• Must be based in Bangalore
• Immediate joiners preferred
