Role Description The Wealth and Trade Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of wealth and trade clients, providing advisory services on investment, trade finance, and transactional banking products. The manager will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, understanding individual and business needs, and recommending suitable financial solutions. Daily activities include client meetings, portfolio reviews, coordination with internal product and operations teams, and monitoring client transactions to ensure service quality and risk control. The role also requires proactive business development, cross-selling relevant products, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Qualifications
Experience in wealth management, trade finance, or relationship management within banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of investment products, trade services, and general banking operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing diverse client relationships.
Ability to analyze client portfolios, assess financial needs, and provide suitable advisory solutions.
Comfort with using banking systems, digital platforms, and MS Office tools for reporting and client servicing.
Proven ability to meet sales and revenue targets while maintaining high service standards.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, wealth management) are an advantage.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
