Role Description This is a full-time, remote HR Recruiter (home-office) role focused on sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent for B2B Clean Space’s international operations. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for cleaners, supervisors, and other operational and support roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintaining talent pipelines, and utilizing various online platforms and professional networks to identify candidates, particularly from oversupplied or underemployed labor market segments. The role involves organizing and supporting recruitment and retraining initiatives aligned with company standards, especially for certifying cleaners under UAE requirements. The HR Recruiter will also handle candidate communication, maintain accurate recruitment records, support onboarding activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes and employer branding.
Qualifications
Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Experience in remote hiring and managing online recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and operational teams to understand role requirements and staffing priorities.
Skills in organizing and supporting training, retraining, and onboarding initiatives for new hires.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with HR and applicant tracking systems (ATS), plus solid digital literacy with common office and collaboration tools.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition within service, facilities management, or cleaning sectors is an advantage.
