Role Description The Python Full Stack role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Python on the backend and modern frontend frameworks or libraries. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, integrating APIs and databases, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and optimizing performance across the stack. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product managers, designers, and QA engineers to refine requirements and deliver user-centric features. The individual will participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities while following best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and ability to design RESTful APIs.
Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue).
Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and database schema design.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization across the full stack.
Experience with deployment and DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud platforms) is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and communicate clearly in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in full stack development.
