Manager, Technical Operations, gTech Ads Tools, Automation and Infrastructure

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
8 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
8 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
8 years of experience in operations management (i.e. process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc).
8 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems/commands.

Responsibilities
Translate complex business needs into highly automated, scalable digital workflows that eliminate operational friction.
Oversee the continuous evolution of advanced intake systems, intelligent routing, and support configurations used by thousands of global agents.
Collaborate with product and business leadership to align core operational engines with broader AI-driven automation goals.
Maintain critical infrastructure while optimizing systems to accelerate speed-to-market and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
Foster a culture of innovation within your team to ensure our systems deliver the stability required for a proactive, seamless customer experience.
