Role Summary
Configure and deliver new business applications on the company’s low-code platform from business requirements, under guidance of senior implementers.
Application Configuration
Translate business requirements into application configuration tasks (forms, APIs, workflows, statuses, and related settings).
Configure forms/views, API services (SQL/JS), and business workflows as assigned.
Identify and escalate gaps, risks, or issues to senior implementers.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct unit testing on configured modules, forms, and APIs.
Support UAT by preparing test cases and assisting end users.
Track and report defects/issues for resolution.
User Training & Support
Provide first-level support to users during and after implementation.
Assist in preparing user manuals, training materials, and quick reference guides.
Support end-user training sessions under the guidance of senior staff.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure smooth deployment.
Maintain accurate documentation of implementation activities.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills
Strong SQL fundamentals
Basic JavaScript
Understanding of REST APIs and basic workflows (BPMN preferred)
Clear communication and documentation skills
