These programs focus on complete preparation, targeted revision, and last-mile exam readiness with detailed analysis and exam-focused content. DBMCI One follows a student-first approach, emphasizing smarter learning, better revision, and consistent performance through trusted guidance and well-structured learning resources.
Role Description The Business Development Manager role at DBMCI One is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with medical colleges, coaching centers, and other institutional partners, as well as nurturing relationships with existing stakeholders. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, generate leads, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with student and partner needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, managing pipelines, and providing regular reporting to leadership. The role also requires representing DBMCI One at events and actively promoting its programs to expand market presence and drive enrollment growth.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
Experience in education or EdTech, preferably with exposure to medical education or competitive exam preparation is a plus point.
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking to inform business strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage institutional stakeholders and students.
Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives, and meet revenue targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software for reporting and pipeline management.
Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required for meetings, events, and partner engagement.
