Learning & Development Manage

Role Description The Learning & Development Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that support entrepreneurs, SMEs, and internal hub teams. Day-to-day tasks include assessing training needs, developing curricula and learning materials, and managing online training sessions and workshops. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with BDS Hubs’ strategic goals, monitoring participant progress, and refining programs based on feedback and outcomes. The manager will also oversee learning management systems, support the professional development of team members, and ensure that training content promotes inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills to design, deliver, and evaluate effective learning programs.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage diverse audiences and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Learning Management skills to administer digital learning platforms and track participant progress.
Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills to guide facilitators, trainers, and project staff in achieving learning objectives.
Experience in entrepreneurship support, SME development, or business consulting is beneficial.
Background in education, human resources, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in designing remote and blended learning solutions and using virtual collaboration tools is advantageous.
Strong analytical and planning abilities, with capacity to work independently and meet part-time schedule commitments.
