Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Admin to join our high performing team in Lae, PNG. In this role you will, under some supervision, coordinate documents and gather and input data related to the local Parts team.
This is a 12 month Contract
You will make an impact in the following ways:
Process banking for account
Consolidate freight accounts for payment
Processing customer credits and used parts returns
Filing of Parts documents
Other Parts Admin duties as required

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Previous experience as a Parts Administrator, Parts Interpreter, Storeperson, or in a similar parts and inventory-focused role.
• Experience in warehousing, stock control, inventory management, freight coordination, and/or parts operations.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to work across multiple business systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing competing priorities.
