Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a strong Cyber Security background, rather than a traditional business-focused BA. The ideal candidate should have experience working between security engineering teams and business stakeholders, gathering requirements, defining solutions, and translating business needs into detailed technical deliverables.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst in Cyber Security, Security Platforms, or Compliance domains.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, workshops, and documentation.
Hands-on exposure to security platforms such as:
CNAPP
CSPM
Vulnerability Management
Asset Inventory / Security Monitoring Tools
Experience creating:
Epics
User Stories
Acceptance Criteria
Functional & Technical Requirements Documents
Profiles to Avoid
Pure Business Analysts with no Cyber Security experience.
GRC/Risk-only candidates.
Security Operations resources without BA experience.
Project Managers lacking hands-on BA responsibilities
