Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in implementing, testing, and rolling out Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across Oracle Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, and Redwood UI, along with hands-on experience in manual and automated testing.
The candidate will support the Oracle Fusion Redwood UI Enablement project and potential future Oracle ERP implementation activities, owning end-to-end QA activities from test planning through defect resolution and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements, solution designs, and acceptance criteria to develop comprehensive test strategies.
Create and execute test plans, scenarios, test cases, test data, and test reports across Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
Lead Smoke, Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT, and Performance Testing.
Perform end-to-end testing across Finance, SCM, Procurement, Sales, integrations, and business processes.
Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Track, manage, and report defects through resolution using established defect management processes.
Prepare daily/weekly QA status reports, defect reports, test metrics, and project health reports.
Identify opportunities for test automation and enhance existing automated regression and integration test suites.
Work closely with Business Stakeholders, BSA teams, IT teams, Automation Engineers, and Production Support.
Validate data integrity and application flows across Oracle Fusion and supporting cloud databases.
Support post-go-live activities, production validation, and defect resolution.
Create and maintain QA, user, and support documentation.
Mentor and guide junior QA analysts and contribute to QA best practices.
Act as an Oracle ERP Testing SME, providing technical and functional guidance to the project team.
Proactively identify quality risks and recommend improvements to reduce delivery and production issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, rollout, and testing.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, SCM, Procurement, and Redwood UI.
Experience with one or more of the following Oracle modules:

Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Senior Oracle QA Engineer who can independently own end-to-end testing across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, SCM, Procurement, and Redwood UI.
The candidate should combine strong Oracle functional knowledge with expertise in manual testing, test automation, integration testing, SQL/database validation, and QA test management. Experience mentoring QA team members and working directly with business and technical stakeholders is highly valued.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to identify risks and drive quality improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
