Key responsibilities
Process the full employee lifecycle in system — hires, transfers, promotions, organisational changes, leavers, contract and pay-related changes
Maintain org structures, position data, cost centre mappings and foundation data
Run routine data quality checks, audits and corrections; investigate and resolve discrepancies
Handle day-to-day HR system queries and tickets, providing first-line support to HR, managers and employees
Produce and distribute standard and ad hoc reports for HR and the wider business
Support cyclical HR processes in system — performance cycles, comp review, annual leave rollovers, absence processing
Maintain user guides, process documentation and training material; support HR colleagues on system usage
Support payroll and downstream interface cycles, checking data feeds and resolving exceptions
Requirement
Solid day-to-day operational experience as an HRIS end user across both Workday HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
Strong working knowledge of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle in system
High level of data accuracy, attention to detail and confidence handling sensitive data
Employee Central plus one or more of Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Time
Ticketing tool experience (ServiceNow or similar)
Exposure to a multi-system or parallel-run HR environment
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret HR data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Human Capital Management knowledge to support core HR processes, talent management, and workforce planning.
Candidates should possess Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience to maintain systems, configure workflows, and manage integrations.
Candidates should possess Employee Benefits understanding to ensure accurate data management and support benefits administration in the HRIS.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, streamline, and document HR processes for system implementation and optimization.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Additional beneficial skills include proficiency with major HRIS/HCM platforms, advanced Excel or reporting tools, familiarity with data privacy and compliance, and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
