Role Description The Article - Financial Preparation role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves assisting in preparation of financials as per schedule III of Companies Act and other statute provisions, financial planning, preparing financial reports, and supporting the finance team with data collection, analysis, and documentation. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial information, preparing working papers and schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards, and supporting senior team members in client deliverables. The role also requires drafting clear, structured financial summaries and communicating findings to internal stakeholders, while maintaining organized records and meeting project timelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Microsoft Excel skill.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Financial Reporting to prepare accurate statements, schedules, and supporting documents.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey financial information effectively.
Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial analysis tools; familiarity with basic accounting principles.
