Job Description: We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our company websites. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in WordPress development, theme customization, plugin integration, and troubleshooting. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for web development and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-friendly websites that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements and design specifications.
Customize existing WordPress themes and templates to achieve desired functionality and design aesthetics.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional websites.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring website performance and usability.
Optimize website speed, performance, and security through proper caching, code optimization, and security best practices.
Document development processes, guidelines, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects and customizations.
Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development, including custom post types, taxonomies, and meta boxes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards is preferred.
