Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nutritionist / Dietitian role based in Noida. The role involves providing personalized nutritional counseling to mothers and children, assessing dietary habits, and developing practical meal plans aligned with BetterHerbs’ product offerings. The Nutritionist / Dietitian will educate clients on balanced nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and safe use of nutraceuticals to address specific health concerns such as weight management, immunity, and overall wellness. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, maintaining client records, collaborating with product and marketing teams on nutrition content, and supporting workshops or awareness sessions. The role also requires staying updated on current nutrition science, regulatory guidelines, and best practices in pediatric and maternal nutrition.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to apply evidence-based principles in practical client plans.
Experience in Nutritional Counseling, particularly for children and mothers, including one-on-one consultations and follow-up support.
Skills in Weight Management and lifestyle modification programs, with a focus on safe, sustainable approaches.
Ability to deliver clear, engaging Nutrition Education through workshops, written materials, and digital content.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field; relevant certifications or licensing are an advantage.
Previous experience in clinics, hospitals, wellness centers, or nutraceutical/health product companies is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic, client-centered approach.
Comfort working on-site in Noida, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adapting to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Ability to maintain accurate records, uphold ethical standards, and comply with applicable nutrition and health regulations.
