Role Description The Admission Executive at VYUG will manage the end-to-end admission and onboarding process for learners and participants in VYUG’s virtual education and training programs. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves responding to inquiries, guiding prospective participants through eligibility criteria, program details, and application procedures, and maintaining accurate records in admission and CRM systems. The role includes coordinating counseling sessions, conducting follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging platforms, and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment. The Admission Executive will collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to support admission campaigns, provide timely reports, and help improve processes and user experience within the VYUG ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to interact effectively with prospective learners, parents, and corporate clients.
Ability to manage admission processes, documentation, and data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic data reporting for admissions or sales operations.
Skills in counseling, negotiation, and follow-up to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, deadlines, and admission cycles.
Comfort working in a tech-driven environment; familiarity with digital platforms, online meetings, and virtual learning solutions is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in admissions, counseling, inside sales, or education services is preferred.
