Role Description The Medical Sales Representative role at VYUG™ is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role focuses on promoting and selling medical and healthcare-related products and services to clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits and product demonstrations, building and maintaining relationships with medical stakeholders, and providing accurate information on product features, benefits, and usage. The Medical Sales Representative will manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate agreements, and track performance against targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to provide market feedback, supporting customer training and onboarding, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Strong medical sales capabilities, including prospecting, product promotion, and relationship management with healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex information clearly and build long-term client partnerships.
Customer service skills focused on responsiveness, issue resolution, and maintaining a professional, trust-based client experience.
Foundational knowledge of medicine or healthcare concepts to understand clinical needs and accurately present product benefits.
Understanding of pharmacy practices and pharmaceutical products to engage effectively with pharmacists and related stakeholders.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, business, or a related field.
Prior experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-enabled environment.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage field activities, and meet defined sales targets and timelines.
Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis of sales metrics, and reporting to management.
