About the Role
NextBigBox is looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing high-performing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, with a strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, creative strategy, and performance marketing.
Candidates must have prior experience working on FinTech clients or campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Manage lead generation campaigns and optimize performance to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies to maximize results.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
Develop creative briefs, collaborate with designers and content teams, and contribute to high-performing ad creatives.
Write and test ad copy, headlines, hooks, and CTAs while continuously experimenting with creative frameworks and messaging.
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
Strong understanding of paid media strategy, attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of creative strategy, performance marketing frameworks, and consumer psychology.
Ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused ad copy for Meta and Google campaigns.
Experience developing creative angles, hooks, messaging, and offers that improve campaign performance.
Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and advertising budgets efficiently.
Experience with Looker Studio and Google Ads/Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Must have experience working on FinTech clients or digital campaigns for financial services.
Strong understanding of key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC, and Conversion Rate.
Agency experience will be preferred.
