We're Hiring | Business Development Manager (BDM) – FinTech
Location: Delhi (Remote)
Experience: 8–10 Years
Industry: FinTech / RegTech / Digital Lending / BFSI
Are you passionate about enterprise sales and business growth in the FinTech industry? Join our team and help drive the adoption of cutting-edge Digital Identity & KYC solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
✅ Build and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and Enterprise clients
✅ Promote Digital Identity solutions such as eSign, Video KYC, OCR, KYC/AML APIs, PAN, Aadhaar, CKYC, GST & Bank Verification APIs
✅ Understand client requirements and collaborate with Product & Technology teams
✅ Prepare commercial proposals and enterprise agreements
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements:
✔️ 8–10 years of Business Development experience in FinTech, RegTech, or KYC domain
✔️ Strong understanding of API-based SaaS products and enterprise sales
✔️ Knowledge of Digital Onboarding and RBI-compliant Video KYC processes
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔️ Strong network within the BFSI industry is an added advantage
