About the job
We are looking for a results driven candidate with 3-6 years of experience in performance
marketing, with a strong, demonstrable focus on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for lead
generation. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, comfortable managing significant ad
budgets, and experienced in working closely with sales and creative teams to convert marketing
leads into business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns, primarily across Meta
(Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage and scale monthly advertising budgets while maintaining a strong focus on CPL, lead
quality, and conversion rates.
• Develop and optimize campaigns for lead generation, retargeting, and conversion.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPL, CAC, lead quality,
and overall ROAS.
• Work closely with the Sales team to track leads from acquisition through conversion and
understand lead quality.
• Establish a feedback loop between Marketing and Sales to continuously improve targeting,
creatives, messaging, and campaign strategy.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking, including Meta Pixel and Conversions
API (CAPI).
• Work on Meta Lead Forms, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve lead capture and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular performance analysis using Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Google Sheets, and
CRM/lead-tracking dashboards.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop data-backed ad creatives, copy, and messaging.
• Conduct audience research, campaign testing, and A/B testing to identify scalable growth
opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
• Stay updated on changes in Meta Ads, performance marketing trends, tracking technologies,
and lead-generation best practices.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong, demonstrable focus on Meta
Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for lead generation
• Proven track record of managing meaningful monthly ad spend and consistently improving
CPL/lead quality over time
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams to track lead-to-conversion outcomes
and close the feedback loop between marketing and sales
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally
a CRM (e.g., lead-tracking dashboards)
• Experience with lead form ads, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking (Meta
Pixel/CAPI)
• Excellent communication skills to work with sales, counselors, and creative teams
• Prior experience in education, immigration, EdTech, or another high-consideration lead-gen
category is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
What we are looking for:
• Data-driven mindset: You make decisions based on campaign and business data.
• Ownership: You take responsibility for campaign performance and outcomes.
• Commercial thinking: You understand that generating leads is not enough—the focus is on
generating quality leads that convert.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You can effectively work with Marketing, Sales, Counseling,
and Creative teams.
