About the Role
As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work closely with the Founder on high-priority business initiatives across strategy, operations, sales, hiring, partnerships, research and execution.
This is a role for someone who enjoys figuring things out, taking ownership and moving quickly. You may start the day working on a business analysis and end it coordinating with a partner, solving an operational issue or helping close an important initiative.
What You Will Do
Work directly with the Founder on critical business priorities and special projects.
Conduct market, competitor and business research and convert findings into actionable insights.
Prepare presentations, business plans, MIS reports and management dashboards.
Track important company-level projects and ensure timely execution.
Work with sales, operations, marketing and HR teams to drive key initiatives.
Coordinate with external partners, clients and other stakeholders when required.
Identify operational gaps and proactively propose solutions.
Help build and improve internal processes as the company scales.
Support strategic expansion into new markets, products and business lines.
Take ownership of projects from idea → execution → outcome.
