Why This Role Matters
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the GTM strategy for one or more of GoKwik’s core products. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into clear positioning, compelling narratives, and GTM programs that drive product adoption and revenue.
You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Merchant Success to understand customer needs, shape product narratives, and take products from roadmap to market.
What You’ll Own
Own positioning, messaging, value propositions, and GTM strategy for assigned products.
Drive end-to-end GTM for new product launches, feature releases, and product marketing campaigns.
Partner with Product to understand the roadmap, define personas, and build narratives around product innovation.
Create product marketing assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards, explainer content, and sales collateral.
Build and optimise product onboarding, in-app messaging, CLM journeys, and other initiatives that drive feature adoption.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to sharpen positioning and identify opportunities.
Partner with Brand, Demand Gen, Sales, BD, and Merchant Success on campaigns, webinars, and product-led initiatives.
Enable customer-facing teams with product training, sales enablement material, and regular product updates.
Track product adoption, customer feedback, and funnel metrics to measure impact and continuously improve GTM programs.
Who You Are
3-6 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or eCommerce technology.
Strong understanding of the D2C/eCommerce ecosystem and key buyer personas including founders, marketers, and growth leaders.
Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex products.
Comfortable creating decks, one-pagers, sales collateral, and other GTM assets.
Strong cross-functional experience working with Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
High ownership and a bias for action; you’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes independently.
An early adopter of AI tools who actively uses them to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
