ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Node.js and Next.js experience to join our
engineering team. You'll work across the stack — building APIs, designing data models, and shipping
user-facing features — on production systems used by real customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
Build responsive, accessible frontend interfaces using Next.js and TypeScript.
Design and implement REST APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases — schema design, queries, performance tuning.
Write unit and integration tests; participate in code review.
Debug and resolve production issues across the stack.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers in an agile environment.
Contribute to technical decisions on architecture, tooling, and best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS
3+ years of professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
Strong Next.js experience required — App Router or Pages Router, SSR/SSG, API routes,
React component architecture, hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
Solid understanding of REST API design and asynchronous programming (promises, async/await,
event-driven patterns).
Experience with at least one major database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Azure AI Search, or similar)
for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) use cases.
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks — LangChain and LangGraph.
Experience with Langfuse or a similar LLM observability/tracing tool.
Familiarity with Git-based workflows, code review, and CI/CD pipelines.
Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — deploying and debugging
services in a cloud environment.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, and clear written communication.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience with message queues / event-driven architectures (Service Bus, SQS, Kafka,
RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC and enterprise identity providers (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta).
Testing framework experience (Jest, Playwright, Cypress).
GOOD TO HAVE: AI / AGENTIC PLATFORM EXPERIENCE
We're increasingly building systems that integrate AI agents into real business workflows, so the
following is a genuine plus, though not required:
Hands-on experience calling LLM APIs in production (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or
similar) — token-based billing, streaming responses, prompt/response handling.
Experience building systems with AI guardrails — content safety checks, cost controls, humanin-
the-loop approval steps.
Experience integrating with enterprise systems of record (SAP, ServiceNow, or similar) as part of
a connector/integration layer.
Familiarity with durable/long-running workflow patterns (Azure Durable Functions, Temporal, or
similar).
