Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services based in United States.
This role owns the end-to-end design and continuous improvement of financial and corporate services business capabilities across a broad, multi-functional environment.
You will work across financial close and reporting, procurement, tax, supply chain, hardware fulfillment, HR operations, and sales compensation.
The position serves as a key connection point between Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
You will personally facilitate workshops, map current and future-state processes, define requirements, and remain engaged throughout delivery and adoption.
Working across both existing production systems and next-generation platform initiatives, you will help establish consistent standards and governance for a newly created function.
The role requires strong business process design, prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder management skills rather than deep specialization in every functional domain.
As an individual contributor, you will have significant influence through structured collaboration, clear process design, and measurable improvements to business operations.
